How to Be a Successful Mentor

Mentoring is a real time commitment, even if it's just like one hour every three weeks. I think as a mentor, I have felt a little frustrated at times by people who didn't necessarily have their objectives. And in my experience, it's been those times only when there's been a little bit of that lacking the clarity or where are we going with this? What's what are our actual goals?
