What's One Thing You Wish You Knew About Customer Retention?

I would say probably that this like big mistakes that we did in the past, which we didn't collect the phone number of our customers. I don't not like how you feel about the user experience when it comes to providing a telephone number. But having seen the benefit, i just feel, and we also figure that a lot of people expect to be called. So i it works both ways. You make it optinale for the customer to provide the number, but if they've provided, by all means call tit co them, no aps.
