I'm always amazed when there are people who are just naturally good at getting a whole bunch of people together and threaten they know who to cally. Have you found that, after so many years of doing this job, that you are even better at keeping table conversation? It is a funsical memory. I have been at dead tables at events, and i will work it to try and get everybody talking.
