How to Be Agile With Your Hiring

There's a lot of rollover, right? So we onboard in, in classes. We'll have five dates a year that people are starting a goodter. But there are points in there where we have to pull the rip core and it doesn't necessarily get canceled. It just gets moved to the next hiring date. And so this is being agile with our hiring. Every time we onboard, we do onboarding reviews,. With the people who just came in, were you just in their most recent one? Yep. What was that experience?
