Running During the Holidays
It's important to take advantage of the time that you have during those holidays and apply it to the things that matter. I know for me, my my training takes a hit every holiday season. And i try not to see it as a hit, because it's a choice,. Like i make, hoice, intentionally, to choose to lessen my training during the week that i'm with my family and travelling and doing all these things. But from a mental standpoint too, like amy just said, like you have to find balance, and maybe that balance is not running during this time.
