Is the Lord Speaking Only Through Moses?
In Numbers 12, Aaron and Miriam complain to Moses that the Lord has spoken only through Moses. But in verse six, Yahweh says he will make himself known to his prophets. The gripe about Moses' wife perhaps really arises from the fact that they want more authority.
