Evan Osniss has an article about the billionaire Chinese sugar daddy for Steve Bannon, which I don't think has got enough attention that this guy was full-on Chinese intelligence operative and may still be. Imagine if Crooked Media was funded by a Chinese intelligence operative. That's what would happen in this book. Or he's associated with someone who's the last holdout to the anti-shey kind of block with the China. It's how a tycoon linked to Chinese intelligence became a darling of Trump Republicans. And his book about his time living in China and reporting in China was fantastic.
