Is RTFM a Trope?

RTFM is a way of saying the question that you're asking is actually more obvious than you think. I've been lucky to work with great people and I haven't had to build huge teams. And so I'm somewhat biased towards the stuff that I do and am interested in. Like collectively, how much have we all read? Maybe just copied and pasted from. But people read, developers read.
