The Ethics of Design

UX is the ethics of design and the impact of what we're doing. It's ultimately not in a business's interest to treat their consumers as consumables. Volvo did very well by making these decisions even though they weren't mandated by law at that time. We have a responsibility to create products that we would want our loved ones to use.
