How Do You Effectively Lead a Team?

i wanted to touch a little bit on your leadership. How do you effectively lead such a kind of team? I think it actually goes back to those things we talked about in my early experiences. i always try to foster it in people. You know, have your problem that you want to solve. Sometimes you need to take time to find it. That's ok. And then the third thing for which i have to say, sometimes i pay the price, is the fact that i rend the word critical mass loud and clear.
