The Samaritan's Response to the Hurting and the Marginalized

The Levite, it says came to the place and saw him. He's zeroing in closer. And so when he gets to the wounded man on the road, he's like he's not even in the ballpark of where this guy is before he crosses over to the other side. The Samaritan recognizes who deserves care for that fact and for that fact alone.
