The Atlantic Commission did recommend fish twice a week which was consistent with the American Heart Association reviews and I think best available evidence. It's unsettled whether we can rely strictly on plant sources for omega-3's it said that there's very poor elongation or conversion of plant sources to dhA, EPA those two are ultimately critical but actually it looks like if we're low we do up-regulate our conversion.
