The Russell and Nasdaq have not had more than two days pull back for the entire beginning of this year. That's what I would call a lockout rally where the market takes off. And if you're not willing to be aggressive buy out, meaning leave it in the dust. The Dow has gone sideways while managers are going out the risk curve. This is precisely why the Dow has just consolidated.
