How to Reduce the Risk of Your Investments

This episode is making clear to me that i'm more risk averse than i thought. There are strategies we can use to reduce the amount of risk we take on. And what's call is that we can apply these to many areas of our lives, so it's not just about our business or financial decisions. Our first strategy is something called risk spreading which is when we break a big risk up into smaller risks and share them with others.
