Charles o minerilly: I don't look at bybacks, and it's possibly one of the reasonsso i do take bybacks into account. Bybacks are a bit more of a developed market phenom then necessarily an emerging market one. When it does come to buy backs, though, and especially when they are used for management muneration, i think it's always important to find a way to add those back to the income statement. Don't give up on having a strong valuation discipline. It's been very difficult ten years.
