The Importance of Collaboration in Startups
I left Stripe over a year ago now and when I did that, I said I want work to be things that give me energy and I want it to have a positive impact on climate. Those were my two guiding principles and this is where I am jumping a little more intensely back in a year later. It's the results of experimentation and what's organically bubbled up. The podcast came about connecting this with why I'm working on climate which is deeply motivated with being a papa. In addition to product and technology, I'm actually really interested in culture and psychology,. A lot of people have climate anxiety and don't know where to do with it.
