The Early Days of Microsoft's Open Source Initiative

In the early days in Microsoft, a lot of their attempts to do open source came in what I'd consider like source open. But there's no at the pull requests and take backs. This stuff wasn't really there in the early days for a lot of the projects. And some of the licensing that we did, again, it's all about managing risk.
