Using a Bulletin Board to Post Public Notices
The federal law states that they have to provide a bulletin board for the general public to post public notices, eh? So if they don't have one, ble, then you ask them, where is your bulletin board that i can use? And they wil most likely say, we don't haveone, or there's one down the hall. That's fine. It doesn't have to be in the front corridor of a public building. If they got a bulletin board, then it's down the hall and in the closet,. Then go put it down there, an the hall andin the closet. That's what they directed you to do, and you've complied with the law. Ok
