Kavanaugh's Opinion on the Supreme Court

The majority pretends, oh, don't worry, this is just a little bit of money for vocational training. It's not letting star players get paid a million dollars a year. But they don't purport to be resolving that. They just try to say that's out of the case for right now. Maybe they are. I think we may have just started sliding down the slope.
