CMO is kind of like a weird funny title for an investment fund. I tell people when they come in they take everything that you know from whatever you used to do and just throw that right out the window because it's completely non applicable now. So basically my position sort of has been morphing and changing depending on what is really needed but I think the key thing with joystick ventures is as an investment fund we really mean it when we say how can I be of help.
