How Much Protein Do You Need to Maintain a Lean Body Mass?

A lot of times people think that you know, when I when we start coaching and they send me a progress pick in the beginning that okay Well, that's just that's the starting line. That's what we're but no, I'm actually assessing that to kind of make an estimate on your lean body mass So it's like what you were saying that, you know x amount of grams of protein per pound of body weight kilogram or whatever. Think if you've got two guys two they're 200 pounds each and one has 8% body fat and one has 28% body fat And would you think they need the same amount of protein? Absolutely not.
