John Wayne Gacy and the Police Department
In 1978, John Wayne Gacy was convicted of murdering 33 young boys in Chicago. He claimed that his PDM employees helped him in the murders. Michael Rossi and David Kram admitted to digging trenches in the crawl space but said they never asked any questions about the bodies. Today for the first time, it was revealed that Gacy told the psychiatrist that someone besides himself knew that dead bodies were buried under the house.
