"All organizing is disorganizing and reorganizing. It is an iterative process, endlessly repetitious for the organizer," he says. "The organizers are always asking what are the other implications of this particular issue? And what are we learning about how we're going about it?" He goes on to ask: Are we being thoughtful about how do we recruit other institutions which are different than us? Are we curious about them? How do we demonstrate our curiosity so that we see that the organizing becomes, if you will, enables us to become curious and thoughtful?".
