Fernando Alonso - Is He a Fan?
I do consider myself a fan of Fernando Alonso. But I can't go as far as actively wishing him success. And I don't quite know where that disconnect comes from. In 2012, when he had a shot at a title last, I actively wanted Vettel to win even though I didn't like Vettel. It's so great to see him just loving life again. He challenges us as fans with his bravado. Even today when he got passed, Carlos signs and he's like, yep, bye bye. If it's if I'm not doing well, it's the fault of the car or the person or the team or that squid over there. That brashness
