The Russian Invitation to Central Asia Leaders

All five Central Asian leaders went to Russia just before they were supposed to also go to China for the summit in May 18th, right? And the summit between China and Central Asia five countries. Was that sort of like a power play by the Russian side? Yeah, it's an interesting way to put it when you put it in a context with summit in Xi'an. It looks like Vladimir Putin felt insecure that they are going together to China and they're not coming to May 9th military parade in Moscow. But I wouldn't put it like that. I think for Putin, the much bigger importance was that he wouldn't look as a toxic politician as someone who is isolated.
