The Ex-President's New Explanation About the Classified Documents Case
CNN first reported the transcript of that moment that you just heard back on June 9th. Now, that's a day after he was indicted by Special Counsel Jack Smith in the classified documents case when obviously the legal jeopardy faced Rose exponentially. The former president came up with yet another explanation about why he hadn't returned sensitive military documents and whether he still had one that pertained to Iran attack plans. He offered no evidence, which as you'll see, he rarely does.
