Aortic stinosis is something that you have to have a healthy fear of and be constantly looking for it, or you can miss it till it's too late. Nowadays, our cardiology colleagues are pretty awesome about detecting this early. Is it possible that these patients got lost to follow up and suddenly have worsing of their disease? A hundred percent yes.
