The Ruler of the Asham Empire in Shat-Lautar
Radeel Al-Hautarain was ruler of the Asham Empire, which is modern day Ethiopia. His people had embraced Orthodox Christianity in about the 4th century. The Prophet SallAllahu Alaihi Wasallam recognizes him as a just ruler before Islam would reach him.
