Advice for Those Who Are Hesitant to Take the Leap

I was a carpenter that built houses and race motocross. I think being naive is a good thing because you don't worry about what the industry is. You do what you think, you know, what you believe in and you learn from that. My personality is quite have that drive and you could say whether it's galvanizing or something else. We've always got something to learn with our mission and how we recruit as a team. And I feel like if I'm not perfect on a day and I'm not feeling 100%, there's someone around who will pick me up.
