i think a most of like english ux writers, they write for international audiences. And if you're writing for international audience, you can be a little bit tricky. So i personally think that unfortunately, your writing slash conton designers, so very white people dominated in the industry. That's why companies are hesitant to hire may be someone from from a different country.
