I think we should all be increasingly allergic to dogmatism, especially when the dogmas are obviously leading to needless human suffering and division. Homosexuality is immoral. It comes to us courtesy of religion. How useful is it? How good is our world? I'm just saying we could recognize it all we've got as human conversation. The question is do we want a 21st century conversation where we avail ourselves of all the useful concepts and ideas insofar as they are useful?"
