Is This Brokenness?

I love that inside this were wounded, there is us woundedness. And i was reading new translation of the new testament recently and looke four where christ announces himself in the synagogue. He says, i am come to liberate those who are broken by calamity. That phrase really speaks to me. I don't know if you can look at this painting without just erupting in a delightful kind of laughter. A part of it is because of a slightly irreverent laugh, but i isn't appreciative laughter.
