Culinary School - Was It a Good Experience?

I went to culinary school at cincinnati culinary arts academy. I still remember it very clearly. It was two years straight, no days off, except for major holidays. You were there eight o'clock until 2 o'clock. Only 28 of us made into the class, and i think only 16 of us graduated. Michael taught me everything. He taught me how to drink. He teaching me how to use a knife. O you know, was there a key men toward you have another? Yes, i l o'neil m onel man, i'll never forget him.
