The Cold War and the Atomic War

I think the cold war can be splittin to the earlier part of the atomic age. Of course, they did lean heavily on plans from the blits. There was a naive hope that this will work with atomic bombing. But once the therma nuclearage began and we had the hydrogen bomb, that made all these plans utterly useless. So a rescue squad is futile when your cityis read ou out of dust.
