The bar is very high for us to do an office deal. I think there'll be some interesting distress debt purchases or recapitalizations. But when you look at what we think is interesting going forward, there'll be few and far between in the office sector. So it doesn't sound like you're changing your thesis on office at all, really, at the moment.
