The Life and Times of a Cello Player

I've never had a break. I almost feel that playing my instrument is required for my well-being, which I guess is a pretty healthy requirement. But from age eight all the way up until now, I don't think there's been a longer span than a few weeks or months. It was usually an outside cause, not a decision that I made myself. And I think I'll likely have her for the rest of my life.
