The Number One Thing to Have in a Startup Is Resourcefulness
With distribution, finding the channel that's really going to work for you takes a lot of resourcefulness. And I think you have to be willing to do the things that don't scale. The other good thing is like it's okay to like will yourself into existence with these non scalable ways to get customers. If you can embrace grit and relitlessness and failing as a badge of honor, you'll be able to kind of pursue and put it through.
