The venue was 10 minute walk from the like athlete dining, the training hall. Some of the athletes were staying there as well. We actually rented a smaller little hotel right in between those two. The reason they do the reclaimed land or they did at some point in time is that they can sell beachfront property twice. But I guess it doesn't happen anymore.
