How to Turn People Away From Your Business

I've had people offer me equity. I'm like, equity of what you make nothing? Why would I want to run your company? You're ceiling is my floor. And we do have to turn some people away because it's like you said, they just don't have it. The hardest people to help are beginners, but there's more there. That's the biggest audience.
