Urban Cores - Where Are They Going to Grow the Fastest?
The suburbs are going really, really quickly right now. And i think that is because of this sort of three part phenomena. You had a little bit of that loosening of the historical tether between work and home. The average age of a millennial is now something like 33, 30, 35. This is the age at which a lot of people move from urban cores to the suburbs. But i think part of my skepticism about the persistence of promote work is just that it's not clear to me why these agglomeration effects would stop being so powerful.
