What Is Hilocracy?
Hilocracy is supposed to eliminate, like this hiarcha structure of management. It's really trying to encourage all of us, like worker bees, to start our own kind of thing within the organization and take control of our areas. You can see why this kind of a philosophy appeals to a certain cowd tof tech person,. And also, you know, a lot of the te culture still, like, has ties to the old sixties hippys roots.
