Is There a Way to Automate My Files?

i have a filing system where all of my major stuff goes. But because i obsess with being inomobile and portable, i also have this great collapsing,. like a ccordian style filer that i can throw in my back pack to work from anywhere. And then i use color coated files in there. I actually have a complimentary tag an omnifocus called filer with sub tags of red, yellow, blue, purple, green. It's about probably about a foot long, so it stands up on its own really nicely. Because i'm very, very bad at processing that physical filer, because it's a place where things t go, but don't come out of
