How to Change Your Microbiome for the Better
Glenn: Originally we thought it was all about hygiene and having a very sort of sterile environment. We realized that actually your microbiome seems to be important so they noticed in children for example who'd had a lot of antibiotics very early in age they seem to be more likely to develop asthma later on in life. The Amish population or people in rural spaces who are getting microbes in the air appear to be less likely to have allergies. Your pets do like to share the microbiome has anybody here got a dog? Chair if you've got a dog. What about a cat? Oh very even stavings there. So dogs in particular but to a lesser degree cats have been associated with helping divers
