In the accounting profession, we lose a lot of talent. And i think it's because it's too many hours, and it's not enough pay in a lot of these traditional firms. The resume is less important than it everused to be. My linkton social profile is my resume, and not the lincton jobs. It's what i post, for sure. We actually really focus on that stuff. Ah, but you know what? I don't want to talk about the big four, because they're their own beasts. But if i am an accountant who wants one of these jobs, how do i get one at crews?"
