Canada's Banks Are Well-Governed

Canada's banks truly are held up as a global standard, says former finance minister. The government effectively backs it and the banks pay in the same way that you and I pay insurance for our car or for a house. In 2008, one of the big reasons why we didn't get into a lot of trouble here in Canada is because we forced the banks to have a bigger question.
