The Nature of the China-Russia Relationship

Thakshashila: I want to end by reminding everyone a little bit about China-Russia relationship. The Chinese Foreign Minister phrased it was that this is a friendship between gentlemen. So we don't know how, yes, I don't think the relationship will collapse if those two but to vanish but it will change. And maybe it is a time that India does overall reassessment as to where it's economic and security interests are like.
