Do You Ever Read Your Old Journals?

I'm trying to think of how i like journal now. Do you ever read your old journals sometimes? Are you ever like, i wonder what i was talking about? Or do you usually know? For the most part, i usually know. I don't think there's been something that was very confusing. But yet, going back to that video a little bit, it did help me realize that i was doing too much like processing on my emotions,. If that makes sense.
