Is Your Time Sacred?

Ati: I always feel like you honor the ideas that come to you. It's sacred work. Rak, not only the work that comes out of that, but the ideas themselves, i think, are channelled. We need a lot of focus time where we're not in meeting. So prioritizing deep work at the beginning of the week can really help you get into flow. And also choosing not to have meetings on certain days, which really helps. and i would say tuesdays and thursdays usually for edit.
