The Power of Asian American Coworkers

Even at UCSD, I think a lot of my professors still tended to be white. Like we were so positively influenced by just simply having an Asian American teacher. My company is really cool where a lot of the coworkers that I have tend to be Asian American women. Because I can see people who look like me and share like these cultural similarities to me in these higher positions, I'm like, this feels a little bit more climbable. And I can actually see myself wanting to do better at work"
