Do You Think There's a Role for ECMO in ARDS?

The original EOLIA trial did show an 11% absolute difference in mortality in favor of the ECMO group, even though that was not statistically significant. And most of the secondary outcomes were all in the direction of favoring ECMO. So although not significant, it suggested a signal for ECMO, although the magnitude we're not sure how big or small.
